Each of our housing
units are equipped with community restrooms and showers. They
are located in a common area of each floor of the residence hall. Men and
women’s facilities are located on different floors.

We highly recommend
that you bring your own alarm clock, as we do not provide wake-up calls.
-
Sheets and towels are provided.
You will need to bring your own pillow,
blankets, toiletries, etc. You may also wish to bring a robe.
-
Parents
who designate “single” lodging will be housed by themselves, unless
otherwise requested. All rooms have twin beds.

Hotel Accommodations
Parents may choose to stay at an area hotel during the
SOAR weekend. Please note that the City of Evansville will be hosting
major conventions that will dominate the hotels in the area during June and
August 2008. If you are planning on attending SOAR 1 or 2, housing for
parents will be available on campus. If you are planning on attending
SOAR 3, housing for parents will not be available on campus; therefore,
parents must obtain alternative housing during this time.
All students are required to be on campus by Saturday, August 23, 2008 for
Welcome Week and campus move-in. If parents need hotel accommodations
please make sure reservations are made as soon as possible for these dates.
Please see the hotel insert in the SOAR packet for helpful
accommodation information or go to the following website for additional
information: http://www.evansville.edu/docs/area_hotels.pdf.
